Page Walley, Ph.D. Executive Director
Dr. Page B. Walley has led a long and distinguished career in child welfare, human services, academics and public office. He was most recently President and Chief Public Policy Officer for Saint Francis Ministries. As a family agency consultant prior to that, he co-led collaboration with the White House Rural Council on their rural child poverty IMPACT initiative and developed the nationally recognized “Permanency Roundtable” methodology to address the needs of youth who had been in state custody for an average of 4+ years. He is also a longtime elected public servant and currently represents District 26 in the Tennessee State Senate. Dr. Walley has also served in state cabinet-level positions with Alabama and Tennessee.
Nathan Harmening, Program Manager
Nathan Harmening is a longtime Omni Visions leader keenly focused on residential resources for foster youth. He previously served as Omni’s Associate Regional Director for Independent Living, where he oversaw grant acquisition and management, affordable housing and rental assistance, building a career programs pipeline and community engagement. His volunteer work includes serving as Lead Lab Manager for STEM Scouts.
Kent Brummet, Properties Manager
Kent Brummet brings deep experience in properties management and consulting for residential treatment programs. He currently serves as Facilities Administrator for the TN Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) where he coordinates sales, purchases, leases and major maintenance for more than 150 properties and facilities. He will provide the same strategic services for Omni Family Foundation. Kent was executive Director for the Wilson County Sheriff’s Youth Ranch, which merged with Omni in February 2020.
